Linked below is the sponsorship information for the 10th Annual Chicago Golf Classic and Alumni Dinner. All proceeds benefit the Jenna Johnson Scholarships for Chicago Area Students, The Hurricane Club, and The UM Chicago Alumni Club.

There is also is another level not listed on the Sponsorship Form which is a Foursome at $800. It includes four golfers, four dinners, four lunches, and four goodie bags.
